The staff's kindness amazed me, especially when i needed help. Katinata assisted with luggage and ice, while stephen provided pain relief and aaron arranged a taxi. the historic room was a wonderful surprise. It seemed like a step back in time. i received a room upgrade!
The noise from outside was a disturbance. A dust cart arrived early and people shouted in the carpark.

The breakfast wasn't good. scrambled eggs were overcooked. I couldn't even cut them with my knife. there was no toaster or bread available, yet jars of jam sat on each table. i asked for tea and coffee, but only coffee came. The server forgot the tea i ordered.
